The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus station, making it easy to get to and from the airport and around the city. the staff was helpful and welcoming, providing us with useful tips for sightseeing. there was a decent selection for breakfast to fuel us up for a long day of exploring.
The room was a bit on the small side and could have been cleaner, with some visible stains on the carpet and bedding. the bathroom was cramped and lacked basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner.

The location was convenient in terms of travel to and from the airport
One of the reception staff was relatively nice - the others were apathetic, even rude. The room was more commensurate with that of a hostel, it was tiny, was uncomfortably warm at night, almost sauna like, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower water temperature was completely random, with no discernible way of adjusting. The walls were paper thin and I didn't get more than five hours sleep any night I was there - as such, I never made the breakfast in the morning as I was too tired. I returned from what I hoped to be a relaxing trip, completely exhausted.

Location was great, just minutes away from Termini station.
Beware, this is absolutely no 3-star hotel!! Rather 1 star given all the downsides of itl: the toilet was way too small and ill-designed, plastic goblets certainly bought at a dollar store, two combined beds camouflaged as a large bed, the main light went out upon arrival and the person at the front desk refused to change it, breakfast was ridiculously poor, and found a coakroach in the bathroom...definitely not a 3-star standard and not worth 75€ a night! Don't go there unless you gave no other choice, and even then I would not recommend it!

The location of this hotel is outstanding. With Termini Station just a stone's throw away, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Plus, being just a short walk from several major attractions like the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza Repubblica makes sightseeing a breeze.
Everything at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Breakfast was ok, service at the desk was ok; location is strategically wonderwul; area of location is quite and safetely sure. I can say that if we compare prices and quality of the service is really a good match. I'm a travel agent and I can suggest to everyone that for the small budget I spent for this stay I was satisfied.Claudia

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and clean
A bit more choice at breakfast would be better, be prepared to wait for the lift - only 1 small lift for 6 floors.

The hotel is located in a seedy area, but it is very close to the historic attractions such as the Coliseum and Maria Maggiore church. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. the rooms are basic but clean, and the staff provide good service. Some guests also mentioned the quietness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the front desk staff.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is not satisfactory, with limited options and overcrowding.

The location was excellent. The hotel is modest but works fine if you are about to spend your days enjoying Rome and not the hotel itself. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The view from the room was to the inner ward and wasn't too attractive. Small budjet hotel with no special comforts. I would rate it as two stars hotel but on the other hand price-quality ratio worked out.

the location of hotel is good
the breakfast was very poor, one nigth we didn't have hot water in the room, the hotel forniture looks very old and one of the rooms was bad smelling. I travel a lot but this definitely is one of the worst 3 star hotels I've been

I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel in Rome. the price was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main Termini Station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the clean sheets and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a decent selection, with good coffee to start the day.
All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

Location is good; with easy access to station and walk into main sites. The room was cleaned properly each day. Most of the receptionists reasonably helpful.
This hotel shares just one very small and inefficient lift with an adjoining hotel and there is no proper stairway (other than for emergencies). This means you will be waiting a long time for a crowded lift at breakfast and other peak times. This is a real pain. The shower cubicle in our room was small, the sink blocked up, and shower doors rickety. The room atmosphere was oppressive as radiator on constantly and too noisy outside to open window. The walls and wood work were in need of re-decoration. All in all we were disappointed by this hotel which if there had a little more investment (it is an old 19th building) could be a nice place.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was located in a central area which made it easy to explore the city by foot. the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was not up to our expectations. The room was outdated and in need of renovation.

Location is the best thing about this hotel, 2 min walk from Termini Station .Spatious room.
Heating only works 2 hours in the evening and 2 hours early morning, breakfast is typical Italian- coffee & croisant.
